Formation of static wrinkles

The skin undergoes a natural aging process based on inherited characteristics. This is accelerated by environmental factors, primarily AV-B and UV-A radiation from sunlight, UV-A radiation from tanning beds and smoking. With aging two types of wrinkles develop on the face: static and mimic. Static wrinkles are formed because the amount of water binding hyaluronic acid decreases during natural aging. These are the followings: the wrinkle from the wing of the nose to the corner of the lip (“nasolabial wrinkle”), the vertical wrinkles between the eyebrows (“angry wrinkles”), the wrinkles around the upper lip (“tobacco bag wrinkles”) and the line running from the corner of the mouth to the chin („Marionette wrinkles”).

In the case of static wrinkles the hyaluronic acid replacement is the appropriate procedure.

A ráncfeltöltés esetében érzéstelenítés szükségtelen, a vékony injekciós tűt a ránc alá vezetjük, majd visszahúzás közben, enyhe feszülő érzést okozva, közvetlenül a ránc alá adjuk be a töltőanyagot. Ezután átmasszírozzuk a területet, hogy az illeszkedjen a környező területek kontúrjához.

Hatásának egyik alapja a beadott hialuronsav térfogata, amely már önmagában csökkenti a ránc mélységét. A másik a hialuronsav nagy mennyiségű víz megkötésére képes tulajdonsága.
