Are Platina™ products “medical grade”?
Totally! Medical grade products contain the highest concentration of active ingredients and are more effective than cosmetic products.
Are there retinoids in Platina™ products?
Yes! Retinol, derived from vitamin A, has wonderful effects on the health of your skin. Platina™ Night Cream contains microencapsulated retinol, which provides better tolerance than previous formulations. Each patient can tolerate different frequencies and doses, so "start low and go slow." Remember, more is not better! It can take weeks or even months for your skin to adjust to retinol, so be patient and don't overdo it.
Do Platina™ products help improve fine lines and wrinkles?
Yes! The active ingredients in the Platina™ system increase the turnover of epithelial cells, improve the barrier function and hydration of the epithelium, which visibly improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. In order to achieve the best results, regular use of the entire therapeutic system is recommended.
Do Platina™ products also improve uneven skin levels?
Yes! Many patients worry about an uneven or dull complexion regardless of skin type. The entire Platina™ range is designed and clinically proven to reduce pigmentation and help prevent new ones from appearing. All products of the Platina™ product range are designed to unify the skin color of Asian people with skin color irregularities and easily irritated skin.
Do Platina™ products help tighten my pores?
Yes, Platina™ products are clinically proven to reduce pore size! You can notice a reduction in pore size after two weeks of continuous use. This improvement continues over time due to the active ingredients in Platina™ Rejuvenating Serum, which contains polyhydroxy acids. During regular use, the improvement becomes more and more noticeable over the weeks and months, as your skin becomes able to tolerate more frequent and larger doses of Platina™ Platina™ Night Cream.
Are Platina™ products non-comedogenic and safe for acne-prone skin?

Can I use Platina™ products around my eyes or anywhere else on my body besides my face?
The skin around the eyes is the thinnest skin on the body, so it is important to treat this delicate area with care. Among the Platina™ products, a luxurious, firming gel for use around the eyes will soon be available. In addition to the face, Platina™ products can also be used safely on the neck and décolletage.
Do I need to use sunscreen with Platina™ products?
Yes! Daily use of sunscreen plays a fundamental role in maintaining skin health. The sun's UV rays damage skin cells, including those that produce collagen and elastin. In addition, daily use of sunscreen protects against irritation and optimizes the results of the system.
How long do I have to use Platina™ products before I see results?
Platina™ products last for several months, you can experience the results before the first bottle runs out! Depending on their skin type, most patients notice improvement within weeks, but sometimes it can take several months.
At what age can I use Platina™ products?
Most people's skin (significantly influenced by lifestyle factors) shows signs of skin aging from the age of 28-30. Platina™ products can be used for prevention from this age.
Up to what age can I use Platina™ products?
There is no upper age limit for its use, but over the age of 56, the use of Platina™ Night Cream is less often recommended. Later, when the signs of aging become more and more obvious, you can use it for therapeutic purposes.
How should I use Platina™ products if I am going to travel and sunbathing?
Stop using Platina™ Night Cream and use only Platina™ Rejuvenating Serum.
How can I continue using Platina™ products after a vacation or if I forgot to use them for a week?
Most patients can continue using Platina™ products with the same frequency and quantity as before. If you have previously experienced irritation when using Platina™ Night Cream (Night Cream) or have recently been in the sun while on vacation, reduce the frequency of use of Platina™ Night Cream and then gradually increase it to the previously tolerated frequency and amount.
Can I use Platina™ products during pregnancy?
If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your distributor before starting the Platina™ Skin Therapy System skin care program.
Can I use Platina™ products after waxing?

Are Platina™ products free of silicone and paraben?
All Platina™ products are free of silicone and other microplastics and do not contain parabens, which can cause irritation or sensitivity.
How long do Platina™ products go bad after opening?
Are they out of warranty? Platina™ products must be used within 6 months of opening. All products are stability tested and although there is no expiry date, the products must be used within two years.
Are Platina™ products sustainably packaged?
Platina™ cares for your skin, but also for the environment! With our premium packaging, we minimize the amount of packaging material to be thrown away, but soon we will also offer refills for our beautiful, engraved glass bottles.
