Symptoms of age spots

Age spots develop as a pigmentation disorder caused by UV radiation in areas exposed to sunlight, i.e. on the face, neck, forearms, and backs of the hands. The age-related pigment spots are 2-10 mm in diameter, often irregular in shape, with sharp borders, typically in large number. Their color is stable, showing different shades of brown. They appear after the age of 45-50, but predisposition can also play a role in their development. They are also increasingly seen as part of premature aging due to tanning beds. Age spots are usully visible together with other signs of aging, i.e. wrinkles, skin becoming inelastic and pale.

A műtétet helyi érzéstelenítést követően végezzük. A széndioxid lézer fénye a szövetekben található vízben nyelődik el, közben hő fejlődik, a sejtek felforrnak, szétrobbannak. Időskori pigmentfoltok (lentigo senilis) esetében a kóros szövetek elpárologtatására használjuk.

Az időskori pigmentfolt (lentigo senilis) széndioxid lézerrel történő eltávolítása modern, hatásos és biztonságos eljárás, de a javasolt sebkezelési és életmódi tanácsok betartása alapvető a megfelelő gyógyulás érdekében. Az eltávolított időskori pigmentfolt (lentigo senilis) helyén savósan nedvező sebfelület marad vissza. A gyógyulási idő 7-10 nap. A sebgyógyulás után kialakuló, néhány hét alatt elhalványodó pirosas folt a normál sebgyógyulás része. A lézerrel műtött terület napfény valamint szoláriumozás hatására a környezeténél jobban lebarnulhat, ezért bőrtípusának megfelelő, de minimum 30-as faktorszámú fényvédőt használjon 3 hónapig. A direkt napozást és a szoláriumozást kerülje ezalatt.

Irreális elvárások a páciens részéről, olyan páciensnél, aki nem tudja elkerüli a direkt napozást, pigmentációra való hajlam.
